Dinelka enjoys working with clients in an open and non-judgemental environment while helping them navigate through different life issues. The presentations she mainly works with are depression, anxiety, low self-esteem/self-confidence, stress, work-related issues, and couples counselling. The modalities of treatment are mainly Cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, Narrative, and Solution-focused therapy. Dinelka prefers working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing personal life crises, mental health, or relationship issues. She is a Sri Lankan native who has lived in 5 countries and has completed her undergraduate psychology degree in California, USA, and her postgraduate qualifications in Melbourne.
